Truffle Lamb Rails made with tasty lamb sausages, truffle marinade and bacon.

Ingredients

Method of Preparation

  1. Cut individual Arthur Pipkins Lamb, Mint and Black Pepper Sausages into 4 portions.
  2. Wrap each sausage portion into the half bacon rasher.
  3. Brush over with the AVO Lafiness Premium Truffle Marinade on the outside of each bacon rasher.
  4. Place a sprig of fresh rosemary in a top of the sausage meat as a garnish.

Thai Pork Plait

  1. Cut the pork fillet into 3 trips, leaving it attached at one end.
  2. Plait the pork and secure it with cocktail sticks.
  3. Place cherry tomatoes on the end of each cocktail stick.
