Guaranteed next-day delivery if order placed before 11am – Monday to Thursday
Orders placed outside of these times are processed within 2-3 business days.
Highlands & Islands
Orders to the following postcodes are processed within 2-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Damages
If on delivery your item is damaged, you need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. This can either be done via email to [email protected] or by contacting us on 0161 331 4923. We will require photographic evidence of damages. Please make sure all items are checked before signing for them, if you are unable to check them please clearly mark the delivery note as ‘UNCHECKED’. Items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced at the next available opportunity.
