Having the product demo was a real bonus to the visit to the Northeast! Following the IFI demonstration for the Q Guild at Nicholsons Butchers in Whitley Bay, we decided to try the Beef Stroganoff recipe with the fresh additions. This has proved a hit with our customers and secured a regular place in our counter along with other convenient and quick cooking lines. We are gradually increasing the number of kitchen ready quick cooking products we offer and early indications are that the Rogan Josh will be following the Stroganoff as a regular line.
