MADRAS – a bold fusion of rich spices, aromatic herbs, and a dash of tradition. It’s a flavour explosion that complements all substrates with an authentic, fiery kick.

BALTI – a carefully crafted blend of traditional Balti spices, fragrant herbs, and a dash of innovation. It’s a symphony of flavours that will enhance any substrate like never before.

BUTTER CURRY – Inspired by the Murgh Makhani, originating in Northern India, it’s guaranteed to appeal to all customers. Mildly spiced with the perfect blend of ingredients including; garlic, coriander, turmeric, cumin seed, chilli and fennel.

How to Use

On your Premises

MariTop Stir-Fry Sauces are easy to use – simply add 1 pouch to 1.5kg protein and pack into foil trays ready to bake in the oven.

If desired, add more vegetables.

At Home

Ready to fry in a wok or pan, and also excellent as a pour over casserole sauce and cooked in the oven.

Three month shelf-life at a temperature of 7°C. Store in a dry atmosphere.

Gluten Free

This AVO MariTop Stir Fry Sauce is Gluten Free.
