This authentic, tasty and attractive AVO Maritop Butter Curry Sauce Sauce offers your customers a complete meal solution, that’s ready to eat in minutes!
Inspired by the Murgh Makhani, originating in Northern India, it’s guaranteed to appeal to all customers. Mildly spiced with the perfect blend of ingredients including; garlic, coriander, turmeric, cumin seed, chilli and fennel.
The addition of lemon juice balances out the richness, delivering a moreish and easy to eat curry, appealing to all your customers. It’s silky smooth rich texture and fabulous colour combines perfectly with chicken but works extremely well with lamb, fish and vegetables too.
MariTop Stir-Fry Sauces are easy to use – just add 800g of sauce to 2kg of meat / substrate.
An additional 150g of vegetables can be added if required to the 2.8kg batch.
How to Use
On your Premises
Simply add to meat, stir, garnish and display!
You can also use additional fresh ingredients for extra flavour.
You can even add a tub of greek yoghurt to make it saucier and give more margin potential!

Three month shelf-life at a temperature of 7°C. Store in a dry atmosphere.
