  1. Trim silver skin off tenderloin
  2. Butterfly tenderloin and glaze inside with AVO Lafiness Premium Black Garlic Oil Based Marinade
  3. Add AVO Gourmet Mushroom Filling, spring onions and apricots to centre
  4. Fold up tenderloin and wrap with streaky bacon.
  5. Glaze exterior with AVO Lafiness Premium Black Garlic Oil Based Marinade
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish
