Method of Preparation

  1. Place the pre-diced pork tenderloin into mixing bowl
  2. Add the black pudding
  3. Add a spoonful of the AVO Apple, Cider & Sage Sauce
  4. Mix really well
  5. The peppers can either be mixed into the casserole, or placed on top (for those customers who don’t like peppers)
  6. Display on a tray
  7. Garnish with peppers and fresh parsley
