Tomato Overload Chicken Breasts.
Ingredients
- 4 x 227g Fresh Chicken Breasts
- AVO Italian Style Tomato Sauce
- Fresh chopped Basil
- Grated Cheddar Cheese or slices of Mozzarella
Method of Preparation
- Create a pocket by running the knife down the side of the chicken breast
- Add the AVO Italian Style Tomato Sauce to the inside of the pocket
- Pour over more sauce
- Garnish with freshly chopped Basil
- Top with Grated Cheddar Cheese or slices of Mozzarella
