‘Meaty Manhattan’ Chicken Skewers, based on the popular whiskey cocktail, with Whiskey & Black Pepper Marinade, sticky Glacé cherries and ground cinnamon.
Ingredients
- AVO Lafiness Whiskey & Black Pepper Oil Based Marinade
- Chicken Breast
- Glacé Cherries
- Ground Cinnamon
Method of Preparation
- Pit the cherries
- Dice the chicken breast
- Coat the diced chicken breast with AVO Lafiness Whiskey & Black Pepper Oil Based Marinade
- Alternate the chicken and the cherries on the skewer
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon to finish
Cook at Home
- Grill, BBQ or oven until fully cooked through.
