- Boneless Lamb Saddle Trimmed Well
- AVO Lafiness Red Wine and Shallots Marinade
- 1 Finely Sliced Red Onion
- Butchers Twine
Method of Preparation
- Lay the Lamb flat and trim all of the fat
- Fold over and wrap tightly with the butcher’s twine at one-inch spacing.
- Brush over with the AVO Lafiness Red Wine and Shallots Marinade
- Garnish with finely sliced red onion
