The refined favour of red wine and roasted shallots – perfect for that special Valentines Day meal

Ingredients

Method of Preparation

  1. Lay the Lamb flat and trim all of the fat
  2. Fold over and wrap tightly with the butcher’s twine at one-inch spacing.
  3. Brush over with the AVO Lafiness Red Wine and Shallots Marinade
  4. Garnish with finely sliced red onion
