Ingredients
- AVO Bolognese Sauce
- Beef Mince
- Carrots
- Celery
- White Onion
- Fresh Basil (garnish, optional)
Method
- Mince 1.5kg of 80/20 VL beef mince twice.
- Peel and dice 4 whole carrots.
- Finely diced 2 white onions.
- Chop up 200g celery.
- Combine all prepared ingredients into mixing bowl and add 1.5kg AVO Bolognese Sauce. Mix thoroughly to distribute all ingredients evenly throughout.
- Add basil leaves for garnish.
