A popular and on-trend flavour profile, which encompasses a pungent but fine balance of ingredients. Black pepper, garlic, lovage, fenugreek seed, turmeric, chillies and fennel are combined in this attractive and glossy marinade.
All sitting on a bed of seasonal vegetables which includes carrots, parsnips, onion, pepper and courgette.
Recipe
- AVO Lafiness Black Garlic Marinade
- 2 Chicken Thighs
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Parsnip
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Courgette
- Debone your chicken thighs whilst leaving the skin.
- Place your chicken thighs in a bowl and marinade with AVO Lafiness Black Garlic Marinade at a usage rate of 8-10% and set aside
- Chop seasonal vegetables good size chunks
- Place the vegetables into oven ready foil trays
- Place the marinated chicken thighs on top of the vegetables with the skin side up
