- Red Onion
- Red, Yellow & Green Peppers
- Mushrooms
- Tomatoes
Method of Preparation
- Prepare and chop the vegetables to the desired size
- Place in a bowl and coat generously with the AVO Lafiness Lime Butter Marinade
- Alternate the coated vegetables onto the skewer
Cook at Home
Perfect for the summer BBQ get together! Cooks well under the grill and in the oven too!
Oven cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C / 400°F Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes or cooked to your liking.
