Zesty Lime Butter Chicken Supreme is made with AVO Lafiness Lime Butter Oil Based Marinade – an incredibly attractive marinade which will add a splash of colour to your chiller. Garlic, coriander, turmeric, ginger, fennel, chilli and parsley are blended in perfect proportions.

Ingredients
- Chicken Supreme
- AVO Lafiness Lime Butter Oil Based Marinade
- Mexicana Style Cheese
- Fresh Lime
Method of Preparation
- Slice a pocket into the chicken supreme
- Place a piece of Mexicana style cheese within the pocket
- Glaze with the AVO Lafiness Lime Butter Oil Based Marinade
- Cut incisions into the top of the chicken supreme and insert wedges of lime for garnish
Cook at Home
Oven cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F Gas Mark 4 for 35 minutes or until fully cooked through.
