Ingredients
- Chicken Breast Fillet
- AVO Lafiness Lime Butter Oil Based Marinade
- Smoked Streaky Bacon
Method of Preparation
- Slice the chicken breast fillet into goujons
- Skewer the chicken goujons onto small teppo gushi skewers
- Wrap with smoked streaky bacon
- Glaze with AVO Lafiness Lime Butter Oil Based Marinade
Cook at Home
Cooks well under the grill and in the oven too!
Oven cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°C / 350°F Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes or until fully cooked through.
