Made using AVO MariTop Classic Provençal Style (Vintners) Stir Fry Sauce.
The Vintners Chicken and Bacon Pies are full of flavour and really easy to make! They can be cooked in store and sold hot, or cooked at home by the customer.
Make up a batch and watch them fly out of your counter!
- AVO Maritop Classic Provençal Style (Vintners) Stir Fry Sauce – 800g pack
- 1.5kg Chicken Thighs
- 500g Bacon
- Pastry Pie Shells
Method of Preparation
- Boil the Chicken and Bacon for 1 hour
- Finish in a frying pan with AVO Maritop Classic Provençal Style (Vintners) Stir Fry Sauce, until it thickens
- Leave the mix to cool
- Fill the pie cases with the mix
- Oven cook for 45 minutes at 180°C
- MariTop Provencal Style (Vintners Style) Sauce: Milk
- Pastry: Gluten
