- Score the skin of the chicken thighs, with either the bone left in or taken out to suit your preference
- Push the skewers through the chicken thighs
- Turn over and plump out the chicken thighs
- Coat each side generously in the AVO Lafiness Buffalo Marinade, at about 8-10% Usage rate
- Sprinkle with Dried Chillies and AVO French Deco and display
These kebabs are easy to make and delicious grilled on the BBQ but work just as well in the oven if the weather doesn’t allow.
