Sage & Onion Pork Crusts

These Sage and Onion Pork Crusts are a crispy wonderland packed herbs and flavour!
Created with AVO Lafiness Avignon Oil Based Marinade; one of our popular and mainstay flavours. Its herby flavours are versatile but it’s particularly good with pork and poultry.
Ingredients
Method of Preparation
- Slice the Pork loin steaks to a 1 inch thickness
- Cross-score the surface of the pork steak
- Brush with the AVO Lafiness Avignon Oil Based Marinade
- Coat the exterior of the steak with the dry Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix
Cook at Home
Open roast in a pre-heated oven at 180°C /
350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes or until fully
cooked through. Finish for 5 minutes under the
grill for best results.
