Recipe Idea: Truffle Lamb Rails

Truffle Lamb Rails made with tasty lamb sausages, truffle marinade and bacon.

Ingredients

• AVO Lafiness Premium Truffle Marinade
• 250g Arthur Pipkins Lamb, Mint and Black Pepper Sausages Mix
• 4 Halves of Streaky Bacon Rashers
• Sprig of Fresh Rosemary to Garnish

Method of Preparation

1. Cut individual Arthur Pipkins Lamb, Mint and Black Pepper Sausages into 4 portions.
2. Wrap each sausage portion into the half bacon rasher.
3. Brush over with the AVO Lafiness Premium Truffle Marinade on the outside of each bacon rasher.
4. Place a sprig of fresh rosemary in a top of the sausage meat as a garnish.
