- 1kg Chicken Breast – Diced
- 100g Chunky Mixed Veg – Courgette, Mushroom, Mixed Red & Yellow Peppers, Red Onion
- 300g AVO Apple, Cider & Sage Sauce
Method of Preparation
- Mix together the diced chicken and chunky mixed veg in a large bowl
- Pour over the AVO Apple, Cider & Sage Sauce, coating all of the meat and vegetables.
- Transfer to display bowls or trays.
