This Mint & Rosemary Lamb Rump is made with our new AVO Mint & Rosemary Crumb. An incredibly attractive crumb that is versatile too! Turmeric, rosemary, peppermint, onion and garlic are blended in perfect proportions.
Teamed with our AVO Lafiness Rosemary Butchers’ Marinade, this Mint & Rosemary Lamb Rump is a beautiful centrepiece for a family gathering!
Method of Preparation
- Cross score the fat on the lamb rump
- Brush with AVO Lafiness Rosemary Oil Based Marinade
- Coat the marinaded surface with AVO Mint & Rosemary Crumb
Cook at Home
Wrap in foil and oven roast in a pre-heated oven at 180°C / 350°F Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and roast for a further 10 minutes.
