• 500g Lean Mince

• 100g Mixed Vegetables
• 8 Taco Shells
• 20g Grated Cheese
• 1 Green and Red Chilli (Per Taco)
• 30g Tortilla Chips

Method of Preparation

1. Mix the mince and vegetables together.

3. Spoon the mix into the taco shells.
4. Garnish with tortilla chips and grated cheese.
5. Add a slice of red and green chilli to garnish.
