Made with either AVO Lafiness Herb Butter Oil Based Marinade, AVO Jalapeño Mix and NEW Arthur Pipkins Firecracker Sausage Mix

These Hallowe’en Firecracker Witches Fingers are guaranteed to be a hit with the little ones! Perfect for your customer’s BBQ or baked in the oven.


Method of Preparation

  1. Form the Arthur Pipkins Firecracker sausage meat around the lollypop stick and then firmly wrap around with the streaky bacon
  2. Brush with AVO Lafiness Herb Butter Oil Based Marinade
  3. Sprinkle the AVO Jalapeño Mix across the surface
  4. Cut and place a piece of white onion onto the end to replicate fingernail

Cook at Home

  1. Roast in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F / Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes or until cooked through
