HOW TO USE

Mixer Method

  1. Mince the meat through a coarse plate.
  2. Place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the Burger Mix. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add water. Mix until absorbed.
  5. Re-mince through a 5mm plate.
  6. Form into required shape and size. Store refrigerated.

Bowl Chopper Method

  1. Mince the meat through a 5mm plate.
  2. Place in the bowl chopper. On a slow speed, sprinkle on the Burger Mix and chop until dispersed and the desired texture is obtained.
  3. On a high speed, gradually add water and chop until the desired texture is obtained. (For a coarser texture, chop on a slow speed).
  4. Form into required shape and size. Store refrigerated.Gluten Free Sausage Mixes
