This Cranberry & Apple Sausage Meat boasts delicious cranberries, sweet apple, pungent onion and spiced fruit notes.

Form into stuffing balls for the perfect accompaniment to any centrepiece! This mix is also a perfect choice for your festive chipolatas and warming sausage casseroles.

Ingredients

• Arthur Pipkins Cranberry & Apple Sausage Meat
  OR
• The Alfresco Butcher Cranberry & Apple Stuffing Mix
• Pork Mince

Method of Preparation

1. Make a 10lb batch Arthur Pipkins Cranberry & Apple Sausage Mix
   OR
2. Make a 10lb batch Alfresco Butcher Cranberry & Apple Stuffing Mix
3. Thoroughly mix
4. Either form into stuffing balls or fill sausage meat casings

Cook at Home

1. Cook in an oven to accompany a centrepiece
