Chilli Cheese Beef Bombs – wow! Firecracker Burger Mix, with a Paprika filling, coated with Piri Piri marinade and topped with zesty lime and Jalapeño cheese
Ingredients
- AVO Lafiness Piri Piri Oil Based Marinade
- AVO Gourmet Paprika Filling
- 135g Arthur Pipkins Firecracker Burger Mix
- Jalapeño Cheese
- Puff Pastry
- Lime
Method of Preparation
- Form the burger mix into a truffle shape
- Glaze outside and inside with AVO Lafiness Piri Piri Oil Based Marinade
- Add small amount of AVO Gourmet Paprika Filling to centre
- Top with grated Jalapeño Cheese
- Wrap puff pastry strip around truffle
- Sprinkle lime zest on top to finish
