Chakalaka Fruity Punch Truffles

Created with AVO Lafiness Chakalaka Oil Based Marinade, AVO Spicy Mango Sauce, Arthur Pipkins Firecracker Burger Mix and some juicy fresh fruit.
These Chakalaka Fruity Punch Truffles are inspired by South African cuisine. The flavours and colours are guaranteed to grab your customer’s attention!
Ingredients
- AVO Lafiness Chakalaka Oil Based Marinade
- AVO Spicy Mango Sauce
- Arthur Pipkins Firecracker Burger Mix
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Tinned or Fresh Pineapple
- Pomegranate Seeds
Method of Preparation
- Form 150g of burger mix into truffles
- Brush exterior with AVO Lafiness Chakalaka Oil Based Marinade
- Add the mozzarella cheese to the middle of the truffle
- Place a large heaped tablespoon of AVO Spicy Mango Sauce onto the cheese
- Add pineapple, mango & pomegranate seeds to finish
Cook at Home
Cook these Chakalaka Fruity Punch Truffles in a pre-heated oven at 180°C / 350°F /Gas Mark 4 for 35 minutes or until fully cooked through.
