Red Wine & Shallots Venison Steaks


  1. Slice your venison steaks 6oz each
  2. Place your venison steaks in a bowl and marinade with AVO Red Wine & Shallots Marinade and set aside
  3. Dice your chosen vegetables – we have chosen butternut squash, baby potatoes, carrots & beets
  4. Place your mixed vegetables in a oven ready foil tray
  5. Place your marinated steaks on top of the vegetables mix
  6. If you would like, garnish the dish with sprigs of rosemary or thyme
