- AVO Lafiness Premium Truffle Butchers’ Marinade
- Pork mince – 6.8kg
- Water – 7.8 litres
- Parmesan
- Fresh sage leaves

Method
- Add the Memphis Firepit Sausage Mix, Baked Apple Fruit Mix, Premium Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix, pork mince and water to a bowl or mixer.
- Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes sticky.
- Place 400g of the mixture into a foil tray and flatten evenly.
- Brush with AVO Lafiness Premium Truffle Butchers’ Marinade.
- Finish with Parmesan and sage leaves.
