Method
- Prepare the sage and onion stuffing according to the product instructions.
- Cut a pocket into the chicken breast and fill it with the prepared stuffing.
- Wrap smoked streaky bacon around the smoked apple and cinnamon sausage.
- Place the wrapped sausage on top of the chicken breast and secure it with trussing bands.
- Brush the chicken with AVO Lafiness Rosemary Butchers’ Marinade.
- Finish with rosemary and sage for garnish.
