Method
- Cut your chicken thighs into chunks and marinade with 8% AVO Tomato Salsa Lafiness.
- Pour a small amount of AVO Southwest Sauce to line the bottom of your tapas tray.
- Alternate pieces of marinaded chicken and sundried tomato across the top of your southwest sauce.
- Finish by crumbling over some feta cheese, fresh chopped parsley and chilli flakes..
