Method
- Start with 1kg of boneless and skinless belly pork and slice into thin pieces.
- Add 600g Mangetout sliced into half pieces.
- Add 800g AVO Chinese Plum Style Sauce and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
- Portion into tapas trays and sprinkle with thinly sliced spring onions and a scattering of sesame seeds.
