Tapas: Chinese Plum Belly Pork

Method

  1. Start with 1kg of boneless and skinless belly pork and slice into thin pieces.
  2. Add 600g Mangetout sliced into half pieces.
  3. Add 800g AVO Chinese Plum Style Sauce and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
  4. Portion into tapas trays and sprinkle with thinly sliced spring onions and a scattering of sesame seeds.
