This AVO Lafiness Bombay Butchersโ Marinade is suitable for all meats but excellent with Beef, Poultry and Lamb.
Method
- Start by opening your tin of new potatoes and drain all fluid from the can.
- Chop up 1 red onion and add to potatoes. Now add 5% AVO Bombay Lafiness Marinade
- Mix thoroughly until marinade is evenly distributed across all veg.
- Finish with a sprinkle of fresh coriander. This will add fragrant flavour and great visual appeal.
