Stokes Cocktail Sauce is a rich, creamy tomato sauce for seafood.

IFI supplies this product in wholesale cases of 6 × 210g jars for butchers, farm shops and food retailers.

Flavour and Texture

Made with rapeseed oil, free-range whole eggs, puréed tomato and a little Worcestershire sauce, it provides a creamy accompaniment for prawns and other fillings.
