This Phoenix Gold Pork Butchers Sausage Seasoning from Newly Weds Foods makes a traditional, very tasty and attractive sausage. A rounded blend of herbs and spices including notes of Sage.

This is a tinted seasoning, with colour.

How to use

To use, combine by machine or hand with the chosen minced meat, rusk and water and fill into Sausage casings.

Sold in either 56 x 227g packs or 15kg pack.
