The range offers something to suit any meat including poultry, pork, beef, venison game, lamb, chicken, and duck. When used, they will create a perfect, crispy crumb that is full of flavour, while adding superb visual appeal to all meats.
Usage
IFI Southern Fried Coater can be used in conjunction with either Gourmet Liquid Marina Oil orĀ AVO Liquid Batter Mix.
To be used in the same way as a standard crumb, and cover the meat or substrate with the coater until evenly coated.
Gourmet liquid marina oil is an anti-oxidant adhesion oil which is applied to the surface of the meat prior to the application of the crumb or breader. This helps the breader or crumb stick to the surface of the meat, offering protection and retaining moisture and succulence.
AVO Liquid Batter Mix is a special product for improving the adhesion of breading in breading systems. Slightly viscous liquid with a white appearance, this pre-mixed batter offering better ease of use than a ābatter & shakeā mix, with guaranteed consistency every time.
