AVO Meatloaf Mixes are very versatile and can be used to make either Meatloaves, Croquettes or Meat Balls. They offer a perfect light texture between a sausage and a burger. They can be used in conjunction with a wide variety of AVO sauces to create easy convenience meals suitable for the counter or the multideck.
How To Use
- Mince 1 kg Fresh Minced Lamb on a 5 mm plate.
- Add 100g of AVO Mediterranean Lamb Meatloaf Mix and mix well.
- Add 100g Ice Cold Water and keep mixing.
- Oil a 2lb tin to prevent the Meatloaf from sticking.
- Push the Meatloaf mix into the tin and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour to rest.
- Wrap with Streaky Bacon (Optional).
- Top with thick cut Orange Marmalade (Optional).
