- AVO Lafiness Tomato Salsa Marinade
- Chicken Thigh
- Cherry Tomato
- New Potato
- Coriander (optional extra for garnish)
Method
- Prepare your cherry tomato and new potato by slicing into even sized chunks.
- Place in bowl and add 6% AVO Lafiness Tomato Salsa Marinade, mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
- Marinade chicken thighs with 8% AVO Lafiness Tomato Salsa Marinade separately from your veg mix.
- Place veg mix in bottom of tray and place marinated chicken thighs on top.
