AVO Lafiness Tomato Salsa Butchers’ Marinade is a sophisticated, spicy taste of tomato, chilli, paprika, cumin and fine herbs, emulating all the flavours of Harissa. Suitable for all meats but particularly good with poultry, beef and pork.

Method

Slice chorizo and halloumi into similar sized pieces, leaving the halloumi slightly larger.
Place into a bowl and add 4% AVO Tomato Salsa marinade. It’s important not to add too much marinade at this stage as the chorizo and cheese will bring enough salt.
Portion into tapas trays and finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
