A popular Mexican classic! Our hot and spicy ready to eat Chilli Con Carne is visually packed with kidney beans, flecks of paprika and rounded off cumin! It is sure to get your customers taste buds tingling!
Method
- Start with 1kg 80/20 VL beef mince for the base of this dish.
- Add 800g (80%) AVO Chilli Con Carne Sauce to your beef mince and mix thoroughly, ensuring there are no large clumps of mince in the mixture.
- Place the chilli mixture into your tapas trays and sprinkle AVO Taco Crumb across the top, this will add nice texture when cooked and some extra flavour.
- Finish with fresh chilliss/jalapeno’s over the top for garnish and flavour.
- Additionally, cheddar cheese can also be added.
