- AVO Spicy Lemon Lafiness
- Chicken Fillet
- Parmesan
- Breadcrumb
- Parsley
Method
- Prepare chicken fillet by slicing through the middle and cutting them into steaks.
- Marinade with 8% Spicy Lemon Lafiness and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
- Dip marinated chicken steaks in bread crumb and coat all over.
- Sprinkle and generous amount of grated parmesan on top and finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
