This Korean Belly Pork dish features succulent slices of belly pork marinated in a soy, sesame oil, chilli and ginger blend, grilled or roasted to crisp the edges and keep the inside juicy. Finished with sesame seeds and spring onions for crunch and colour, it’s a rich, umami-packed dish that delivers bold Asian-inspired flavour with tender pork and a satisfying heat.

  • Belly Pork
  • Sesame Seeds

Method

  1. Prepare belly pork by boning out and removing the skin.
  2. Cut into chunky slices ensuring there is a good amount of fat remaining.
  3. Marinade with 8% AVO Korean Marinade. Mix thoroughly untill all are evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and some finely sliced spring
    onion for a visual boost.
