AVO Lafiness Bosporus Allergen Free Marinade which is a fusion of Mediterranean and Turkish flavours has been selected further to customer feedback and the desire for completely allergen free marinades that perform on every level, in terms of taste, appearance and functionality. The well balanced flavour profile of ingredients including; garlic, oregano, cumin, chilli and pepper has been extensively tested on a wide range of different meats and cuts. Although this flavour profile works well with all meats, vegetables and fish, it is perfect with beef, lamb and poultry.
