Innovative Food Ingredients are proud to hear the news that one of our customers, Sole Butchers of Alresford, have won several Gold Awards for their sausages, using Arthur Pipkins Sausage Mixes!
They entered 9 different competitions in total, 7 of which were for sausages and won Gold Awards for all of them. These included the flavours Honey and Mustard, scoring 95/100, Garlic, Chilli & Fennel a very respectable 97/100 and Chorizo an astounding 98/100!
Sole Butchers of Alresford are a traditional, family-run butchers, who pride themselves on serving only the best to their customers, by a dedicated and skilled team. One of their butchers even won ‘Young Sausage Maker of the Year’ this year.
Sole Butchers ordered their Arthur Pipkins sausage mixes and soon after, entered their sausages into the competitions, quickly realising the potential of the Arthur Pipkins range.
