This season, we decided to do things a little differently here at IFI. Instead of the usual festive fanfare, we’re marking the season with something close to our hearts, the launch of our brand-new Autumn Winter Concepts Booklet, packed with recipes, counter ideas, and must-have flavours to inspire retail butchers this winter.

- Bavarian Rotisserie Style Chicken– Autumn wouldn’t be complete without a taste of Oktoberfest. Using our smoky Wiesn Hendl Marinade, this dish captures the authentic Bavarian flavour, smoky, aromatic, and with a glossy finish that looks irresistible on the counter.
