- Belly Pork
- Pak Choi
- Tenderstem Broccoli
- White Onion
- Red Pepper

Bring a taste of the East to your butcher’s counter with our AVO Chinese Plum Sauce – a rich, sticky and perfectly balanced blend of sweet, tangy and mildly spicy flavours. Made with ripe, juicy plums, this sauce delivers a typical deep plum note, rounded off with warming hints of paprika and pepper for a subtle kick. Its glossy texture and aromatic depth make it the perfect glaze for pork, duck, and chicken.
Method
- Slice 1.5kg Belly Pork into chunks
- Deseed 250g Red Pepper and 250g Green Pepper and slice into chunks
- Slice 250g Pak Choi, 250g White Onion and 250g Tenderstem Broccoli into chunks
- Remove stones from 10 Plums and slice into chunks
- Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and stir through 1kg of AVO Chinese Plum Sauce.
- Fill into Counter display bowl or aluminium foil trays for pre-pack.
- Sprinkle with spring onion for garnish.
