Tapas: Creamy Peppercorn Southern Fried Chicken

Method

  1. Cut your chicken fillet into pieces and cover them all over with AVO Liquid Gourmet Marina Oil. This will be the applicator allowing all the crumb particulates to stick to the chicken.
  2. Coat with Southern Fried Coater.
  3. Line the bottom of your tapas trays with AVO Creamy Peppercorn Sauce.
  4. Cut black pudding into rings and then in half again. Alternate pieces of the chicken and black pudding on the bed of creamy peppercorn sauce.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
