What started as a factory tour became a shared journey of insight, inspiration, and lasting connections among butchers and industry leaders.
At IFI, we believe that growth comes not just from innovation, but from conversation, collaboration, and shared passion. That belief was brought to life on our recent trip to Germany, where we had the pleasure of taking 15 butchers to visit the AVO headquarters.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was more than just a factory tour. It was an opportunity for like-minded professionals to come together, share ideas, and gain industry insight. The trip gave our guests a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into creating AVOโs exceptional range of products, from spices and seasonings to marinades and coatings.

Well, what a trip the group of butchers soon bonded, and it was amazing listening to all their ideas and all sharing their social content with each other was just fantastic and has still continued since our return. Overall, I got a lot from it and would 100% do it again, I had the best time, walking around the factory made me feel quite proud to be working for IFI, just the sheer size of the factory and seeing the production of where it all starts, I was blown away.
