Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery. To do so, please notify us in writing via email at [email protected].

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we arrange collection on your behalf, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation of receipt and inspect the product.

If any issues arise during the inspection, we will contact you immediately.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and returned to your original payment method. Please note, credit availability may vary depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery using the form below, and include photographic evidence of the damage.

When receiving your delivery, we recommend checking all items before signing the delivery note. If immediate inspection isn’t possible, please mark the delivery note clearly as ‘UNCHECKED’.

Items damaged in transit will be replaced at the earliest available opportunity.
