Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving your delivery. To exercise your right to cancel or withdraw, please use our Withdraw from Contract Form or contact us at [email protected].

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we arrange collection on your behalf, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation of receipt and inspect the product.

If any issues arise during the inspection, we will contact you immediately.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, credit availability may vary depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it within 24 hours of delivery using the form below and include photographic evidence where applicable.

Please include clear photographs of:

  • The outer packaging with the shipping label visible
  • The damaged item inside the packaging
  • The damaged item itself

When receiving your delivery, we recommend checking all items before signing the delivery note. If immediate inspection isn’t possible, please mark the delivery note clearly as ‘UNCHECKED’.

Items damaged in transit will be replaced at the earliest available opportunity.
