1. Acceptance of Terms
The Butchersโ Collective is owned and operated by Innovative Food Ingredients (โIFI). The Butchersโ Collective is a registered trade mark of Innovative Food Ingredients. By registering for and accessing The Butchers’ Collective (“the Portal”), you (“the Member”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. IFI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to food businesses, butcher shop owners, craft butchers, and their apprentices across the UK. IFI reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications at its discretion.
3. Membership Benefits
Members gain exclusive access to trade information, knowledge sharing of food and flavour trends, education, industry insights, and resources. Benefits may include industry insights, webinars, marketing tools, and other resources as provided by IFI. IFI reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefits at any time without prior notice.
4. Use of the Portal
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. The Portal and its content are intended for personal and professional use related to the Member’s business. Unauthorised commercial use or distribution of Portal content is prohibited.
5. Code of Conduct
Members agree to use the Portal in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Harassment, abusive behavior, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. IFI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of this code.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
IFI is committed to protecting Members’ privacy. Personal data collected during registration and use of the Portal will be handled in accordance with IFI’s Privacy Policy. Members consent to the collection and use of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IFI or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Portal content without explicit permission from IFI.
8. Termination of Membership
IFI reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Member’s access to the Portal at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Members may terminate their membership by contacting IFI.
9. Limitation of Liability
IFI provides the Portal and its content on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind. IFI will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Portal.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By accessing and using The Butchers’ Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
